Shipping Policies：

Once your order is verified and your payment is approved, processing begins. This takes approximately 1-3 business days -- not including weekends or holidays.  Shipping is available for most all around the world.

We charge a small number of fees for the shipping if order value under $40 US dollars.

Average shipping times (After Product Shipped): 

• United States/United Kingdom/Canada/Australia: ETA 8-15 business days
• Europe & Worldwide: ETA 8-12 business days
• If you did not receive your order in 60 days, you will receive the refund without any question asked.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-3 business days. Please understand that we will complete the shipping ASAP. If there will be a significant delay in the shipments of your order, we will contact you via Email.

Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns 

Unfortunately, due to the low-cost nature of our products, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Qing Beauty reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
